Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Land AI LLC (“Land AI”, “we”, “our”) builds AI-powered consumer apps (ChatCam, iLand, FooCam) and a B2B platform that lets businesses operate AI assistants on WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it across all of our products.

2. Information we process

• Account email, name, and authentication identifiers
• Photos, voice recordings, or text you submit to our apps
• AI-generated content (assistant replies, lesson plans, photo critiques)
• WhatsApp phone number and message content, for the Land AI Agent Platform
• Usage telemetry: feature interactions, crash reports, timestamps
• Device and OS information for compatibility and support

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Why we process it

• To deliver the requested feature (vision analysis, photo coaching, acupressure guidance, bot reply)
• To remember your preferences and personalize your experience
• To improve quality through aggregate, de-identified analytics
• To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations

4. Subprocessors

We use the following service providers to operate our products. Each is bound by data protection agreements:

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting, storage, database, authentication (Firebase)
• Google AI / OpenAI / Anthropic — large-language-model inference
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Land AI Agent Platform only)
• Apple, Google — app distribution and crash reporting
• Vercel — frontend hosting

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your account or specific content, use the in-app settings, or email dev@landaillc.com.

7. Security

We use TLS for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and least-privilege service accounts. Sensitive credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager. We do not store payment card information — purchases are handled by Apple, Google, or our payment processor.

8. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
